Renaissance Properties' is currently beginning construction on our newest commercial project located in Monroe Township, NJ. -The project, which is designed to feel like a commercial campus will include a Rite Aid Pharmacy, bank, restaurant and approximately 45,000 square feet of medical/office space. The project is located at the busy signalized intersection of Applegarth and Cranbury-Half Acre Roads and is expected to open in late spring 2008. |

Renaissance Properties' most recent commercial project located in Spotswood, NJ opened in December of 2005. The final phase of this projected has just been completed providing new vacancies that won't last long. -The project, which is designed to feel like a commercial village is located on Main Street, connecting to the busy intersection of Summerhill Road -Tenants already opened for business are Dunkin Donuts, UPS, Subway, Synergy Bank, Kiddie Academy Day Care and others. |
