Nicole Pangaldi opens her dream salon at the blossoming Chesterfield commercial center from Renaissance Properties.
CHESTERFIELD, NJ – As a young girl, Nicole Pangaldi remembers telling her mom that she wanted to grow up and open her own salon. Pangaldi’s mom said she will be successful as long as she works hard and never loses sight of her dream. Flash forward to March 5, 2019, and Pangaldi has brought her childhood dream to life by opening the doors to Acclaim Salon, located in The Shops at Old York Village in Chesterfield, NJ.
The Shops at Old York Village is part of Renaissance Properties’ newest commercial center. “I am very proud to be a part of the Chesterfield community,” Pangaldi says. “Everyone I talk to at Renaissance Properties is so accommodating. Robert McDaid is my main contact and he is so kind and helpful. Jon House, their VP of Commercial Construction, and his entire team are always there when I need them. They are like family to me now. I truly appreciate the work they have done to make my dream come true.”

Joining Pangaldi on her journey is a team of seven highly educated stylists. “Since we opened, we have had weekly salon classes at our DePasquale Salon Systems Education Center,” said Pangaldi. “We always look forward to learning new techniques and staying up-to-date on fashion and hair.”
Using only vegan and paraben-free products, Acclaim Salon carries the Ecru hair care line, as well as R&CO products. “Our salon cares about its guests and we will only use the best high-end products on the market,” said Pangaldi. “Every guest always receives a full scalp and neck massage with their service.”
Acclaim Salon also uses the Keratin Complex Color line. “This color rebuilds the bonds and adds keratin back into the hair with every service,” said Pangaldi. “It adds incredible shine and brings back the natural, healthy condition of the hair.”
The salon specializes in balayage highlights, color services, and trend-setting haircuts. “We also offer blow-dry packages for guests who like to come in once or twice a week for pamper sessions,” Pangaldi said. Additional services include: Re-texturizing, waxing, makeup and naturalization treatments.
